When selecting a CW transmitting frequency, what minimum separation from other stations should be used to minimize interference to stations on adjacent frequencies?
Pick an answer to check it.
Answer: B. 150 Hz to 500 Hz
CW signals are narrow, so 150 to 500 Hz of separation is enough to avoid interfering with adjacent stations. Wider spacing is needed for SSB.
Tip: CW spacing: a few hundred hertz.
