When using a directional antenna, how might your station be able to communicate with a distant repeater if buildings or obstructions are blocking the direct line of sight path?
Pick an answer to check it.
Answer: B. Try to find a path that reflects signals to the repeater
If buildings block the direct path, try aiming the directional antenna to find a path that reflects signals to the repeater, such as off a building or hill. Raising SWR or changing polarization won't get around the obstruction.
Tip: Bouncing off a nearby building can get you around a blockage.
