On which HF bands does a Technician class operator have phone privileges?

On HF, Technicians have phone (voice) privileges on the 10-meter band only, under FCC rules 97.301 and 97.305. Technicians have some CW privileges on 80, 40, and 15 meters, but no voice there.
Tip: HF voice for Techs: 10 meters only.
